Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondents. 2.The petitioner succeeded in W.P.(MD)No.4815 of 2024. I had directed that the petitioner's tender will also be considered on par with the tenders received from other persons. 3.Mr.Mahavishnu, Superintending Engineer is present in person. He informs the Court that the order of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner was also found to be the lowest bidder and that the papers have been forwarded to the tender award committee. 2/4

4.I am satisfied that nothing further is required to be adjudicated in this contempt petition. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
