The plaintiff in O.S.No.15 of 2015 on the file of the Taluk Munsif Court, Madurai, is the revision petitioner herein. The suit is one for declaration and permanent injunction as well as mandatory injunction. The defendants have also filed a counter claim. The defendants filed I.A.No.610 of 2015 for appointing an Advocate Commissioner. The plaintiff has no serious objection to the said request. He wants the entire survey number to be survyed and measured. The court below has ordered that the Advocate Commissioner will carry out the measurement based on the documents made available by both the parties.

2. I am of the view that the court below has adopted the correct approach. No case is made out for interference. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
