ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.Till date no FIR has been registered. However, the apprehension of the petitioners appears to be well founded. Now, the matter is pending before the Social Welfare Officer. Therefore, the respondent Police is directed to issue notice to the petitioners under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C. In any event, on receipt of FIR, breathing time will be given to the petitioners to approach this Court.
