O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the second respondent to grant building plan approval and permission for constructing a house in Natham Survey No. 417/1 bearing Plot No.106 measuring to an extent 1308 square feet i.e., 3 cents and at present survey No.1060/3 at Villpatti Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District. The petitioner had given a representation on 06.04.2023.

2.Heard Mr.S.Balaji, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader had obtained instructions from the second respondent and stated that if the petitioner produces relevant documents, such plan approval would be granted. 2/4

4.A direction is given to the petitioner to go over to the office of the second respondent, ascertain the documents which have to be produced and produce the said documents. If the documents are produced within a period four weeks from that date and if they are is otherwise in order, the approval may be granted by the second respondent.
