PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned show cause notice of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.2691/2019/K5, dated 13.05.2019, quash the same and consequently, directing the third respondent to retain the service of the petitioner as Record Clerk in the fourth respondent Panchayat Union by considering the explanation given by the petitioner dated 28.05.2019. ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner as against the show cause notice.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the enquiry has already been 2/5

completed and that the petitioner has been removed from service. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the above submission and the endorsement so made, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
