ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's Sangam at the time of laying of the concrete roofing and walls at the drainage area at Ambai Road, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Though the writ petitioner sought for a larger relief, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that it will suffice, if
the pending representation of the petitioner is disposed of by the second respondent.
5. Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the second respondent to pass appropriate order on the pending representation dated 30.03.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as any other third parties, if so required.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
