ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A.1 & A.2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 379 and 511 IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act, in Crime No.75 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have illegally transported 1⁄2 unit of river sand. Hence, the complaint.

3. Though the date of occurrence is on 20.05.2022, the respondent police have not arrested the petitioners/accused so far. CRL OP(MD). No.9648 of 2022 accused persons shows the inaction of the police officers and enabling the accused persons to get anticipatory bail.

4. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this type of application. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed. However, the respondent police is directed to arrest the petitioners and produce them before this Court on 26.05.2022 at 10.30 a.m., without fail.

5. Post the matter before this Court on 26.05.2022 under the caption 'For reporting compliance'.
