ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the interim order, the respondent has passed an order reinstating the petitioner into service and hence, the prayer sought in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
