This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to compete the investigation and to file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation was completed and it was found that it became undetected. So closure report has been prepared and submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the closure report is also served on the complainant.
