O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioners as well as their family members on the basis of the complaint given by the third parties.

2. On the previous hearing, a direction was issued to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to circulate the copy of the complaint to this Court as well as to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself submits that the case has been registered in Crime No. 9 of 2021 on the file of the respondent herein for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and in respect of which he moved anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9748 of 2021 and anticipatory bail was also granted.

5. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
