In this matter, on the last occasion also, the learned counsel for the respondent was absent. Today (ie., on 12.07.2024) also, the learned counsel for respondent is absent.

2.The wife has filed the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw the HMOP No.141 of 2024 from the file of the Family Court, Karur and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Vedasandur.

3.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, the wife has pleaded hardship as she is residing at Vedasandur Taluk along with her parents and she is also now eight months pregnant.

4.In view thereof, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
