ORDER

The petitioner is a Driver cum Conductor, working in the State Express Transport Corporation Limited. He was issued with a charge memo that he has not achieved sufficient collection. Challenging the same, this writ petition is filed. Pending this writ petition, the petitioner was imposed with a punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of three months without cumulative effect on 18.12.2025.
