ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 10.04.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for allotment of a house site.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate based on written instructions submitted that the third respondent will convey the decision to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
