The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to conduct survey and fix four boundaries of the petitioner's lands comprised in Survey No.403/21 - measuring an extent of 0.01.20 Ares, at Pappanam Village, Nagaratharkurichi, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 09.01.2025 and pass orders, after putting on notice the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
