This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second and fourth respondents herein to get shops' key from the petitioner for the purpose of performing Sri Samayapuram Mariamman Car Festival on 14.04.2015 and again hand over the key to the petitioner after said festival, in the light of the petitioner's representation, dated 08.04.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the festival is already over and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.
