O R D E R

This Revision is filed seeking for a direction to the District Munsif Court, Aundipatti, to dispose of O.S.No.56 of 2015, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Mr.M.Subash Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a second defendant in the suit in O.S.No.56 of 2015 and the suit was filed by the respondents 1 to 4 for declaration and for consequential permanent injunction. further submitted that though the suit has ripen for trial, the respondents 1 to 4 have been deliberately dragging on the proceedings with an ulterior motive and the delay in disposal of the suit causes mental agony and irregular loss to the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the learned District Munsif, Aundipatti is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.56 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
