ORDER

This Revision is filed seeking for a direction to the Subordinate Court, Tuticorin to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.371 of 2012, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 1 to 3 instituted a suit against the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 for declaration. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further submitted that the suit is being adjourned from the month of November 2014 for framing the issues and the delay in disposal of the case causes irregular loss and hardship to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the suit itself is not maintainable, but taking undue advantage by keeping the suit for quite a long time, the plaintiffs are interfering in the administration of the temple.

5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tuticorin is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.371 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.12.2016.

6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
