PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to remove the remarks made in the encumbrance certificate with respect to the Doc. No.1265/2012, dated 30.03.2012, registred in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Arasaradi (erstwhile) now brought under the administration of the 3rd respondent, cancelling the document by the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 5950/A2/2021 dated 11.01.2022, based on the representation given by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent in person on 15.03.2025. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to remove the remarks made in the encumbrance certificate, based on the representation given by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent in person on 15.03.2025.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent Society.
