2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.95 of 2024, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
