This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.No.41/1B to an extent of 53 cents at Kilapasalai Revenue Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District through sale deed, dated 07.12.2021. While so, one Thangavelu S/o.Karuppaiah had wrongly obtained patta in his favour and same was challenged by the predecessor of the petitioner, namely, Jalianthony and the same was ordered in his favour, through order dated 08.01.2020. Thereafter, the said Thangavelu challenged the order passed in favour of the Jalianthony, before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai and the same was dismissed through order dated 12.11.2021. Thereafter, challenging the same, the 2/5

said Thangavelu filed a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.261 of 2022 and the same was dismissed on 16.08.2024. Due to that enmity, the said Thangavelu along with one Karuppiah frequently causing disturbance to the petitioner and preventing him from doing agricultural activities. On 02.04.2025, at about 10.15 A.M, the said Thangavelu along with his henchmen trespassed into the petitioner's land and assaulted him and caused criminal intimidation. Therefore, the petitioner lodged the complaint on 03.04.2025, but no action was taken. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that they received the petitioner's complaint and based on the same, summons were issued to both the parties and fixed a date for enquiry on 18.04.2025.

They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.

within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order, in accordance with law.
