2.This writ petition is filed to forebear the respondents from dispossessing the petitioner and his family. The petition mentioned survey number has been classified as "hospital". The respondents have issued notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act. When the respondents themselves have taken recourse to legal process, the petitioner has to workout his remedy in the manner set out in the statute. The learned counsel for the petitioner claims that during the pendency of this writ petition, order under Section 6 of the Act has been passed. If that be so, the petitioner has to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
