ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakh Only) as compensation for death of the petitioner's husband Rajan, who was died/murdered on account of bomb blast occurred on 25.06.1997.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 25.06.1997.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.06.1997 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
