The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the communication issued by the Advocate Commissioner pursuant to the order, dated 27.05.2022 in Cr.M.P.No.1110 of 2022 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the loan amount had already been settled and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.
