Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to correct the petitioner's wife name as Fathima Beevi instead of Fathima Begum in the petitioner's service register book based on his representation, dated 15.04.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to correct the 2/6
petitioner's wife name as Fathima Beevi instead of Fathima Begum in the petitioner's service register book based on his representation, dated 15.04.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Gladson Michael Rajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
3. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. The petitioner herein had given a representation to the respondents on 15.04.2024 seeking to change his wife's name in the service register as Fathima Beevi instead of Fathima Begum. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

5. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner is required to furnish documents and only then, they can pass orders.
6. In such case, the petitioner is permitted to furnish all the documents which are required by the respondents, as got in his hands in support of his claim and produce the same before the respondent authorities and on production of the same, the first respondent shall pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
