ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to include the petitioners name in the house tax receipt instead of 1.Late.Baseer Mohammed, 2.Late.Seeni Seydammal in respect of the residential house situated at Door No.7A/2, Chokkalingapuram, Ramanathapuram Town, Ramanathapuram District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a
direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2023, after issuing the notice to the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before considering the representation of the petitioner, the second respondent shall afford a reasonable opportunities to the petitioner and all interested parties.
4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
