This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.05.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner herein to the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption has been forwarded to the Principal Secretary (TWAD Board) for proper action. Since the matter has now been forwarded to the Principal Secretary TWAD Board, he shall look into the matter and pass appropriate orders.
