ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted vide orders passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.198 of 2025, dated 08.01.2025 by further period of two weeks.

2. M/S.B.Kalpana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the certified order copy of the anticipatory bail was sent by the post and has not yet 1/3

received, due to this delay, the petitioner was unable to arrange sufficient sureties within a short period. Hence, the petitioner was unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 08.01.2025. Accordingly, he seeks two weeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 198 of 2025, dated 08.01.2025.

3.Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 30.04.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 198 of 2025, dated 08.01.2025.
