PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner and her daughter in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by her husband Krishnan.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and her daughter in the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the petitioner's husband Krishnan.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, enquiry is still pending and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondent police. However, if the appearance of the petitioner is necessary, the respondent police shall serve summons to her for her appearance. 3.In response, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry, as and when summons are served on them.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), no further adjudication is required in this petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
