Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned election notice in Na.Ka. No. 2680/2020-4/A3, the rejection of the additional voter list in Na.Ka. No. 1/4
2680/2020/A3-1, and the charge handover proceedings in Na.Ka. No. 2680/2020/A3-2 dated 25.03.2025 of the 1st respondent, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include voter list submitted by the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the election notice, the rejection of the additional voter list and the charge handover proceedings dated 25.03.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to include the voter list submitted by the petitioner.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 3, submitted, on instructions, that the very same issue has already been decided by this Court in W.P. (MD) No.1774 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025. It was further submitted that the petitioner's name has in fact 2/4
been included in the voter list at Serial No. 41. However, the petitioner continues to file one petition after another seeking the same relief.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as the claim of the petitioner lacks merits and accordingly,the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
