ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the basis of any false complaint and take action except under due process of law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the All Women Police Station, Devakottai and the same has been forwarded to the District Legal Service Committee and the same is pending. Except this complaint, no other complaint is pending. Therefore, the allegation made by the petitioner is not true.
