Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 & 2 to secure and produce the person or body of the detenue, i.e., the petitioner's minor daughter namely Ranjani Nanci, aged 17 years from the illegal custody of the respondents 3 to 5 before this Hon'ble Court and handover the custody to the petitioner.

This petition has been filed by the mother, seeking production of her daughter, Ranjani Nanci, aged about 17 years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3.Petitioner and her husband are present. Detenue has been produced by the second respondent. She informs that she was secured at Yernakulam and she was in the company of third respondent. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor informs that a case stands registered in Crime No.12 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent. Detenue informs her intent to return to the care and custody of her parents i.e., petitioner/her mother and her father, who are also agreeable.

4.In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
