This petition is filed by the petition to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to prevent the non residents of Harvy Nagar from parking their vehicle at Harvey Nagar and declare the Harvey Nagar as No Parking Area, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 2 and 3 in respect of Page No. 2 of 5
parking at Harvey Nagar, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, she filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and they will take appropriate action in accordance with law within two weeks.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the representation of the petitioner is pending with third respondent, it for the third respondent to take appropriate in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
