ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Nagarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambiselvan Additional Public Prosecutor Government Advocate for the 1st & 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the concerned Court as per the direction of this Court by the order dated 20.04.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7363 of 2023. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is suffered from viral fever, so that, the petitioner is unable to surrender before the concerned Court. Hence, the petitioner seeks time to surrender before the jurisdictional Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P (MD) No.7363 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
