To direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioners by interfering the issue involved in pending suit in O.S No. 503/2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Karur against the law in the nature of circumstance of the case and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of V.R.SHANMUGANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.SENTHILKUMARAIAH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2 and MR.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the Respondents 3 to 5, the court made the following order:- On 07.08.2024, this Court called for report from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy with regard to the status of Crl.M.P(MD).No.40629 of 2023.
2. A report has been received from the concerned Court, it reveals that closure report was submitted on 14.08.2024 by the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch. After receiving the closure report, notice was issued to the defacto complainant to file an objections in the closure report.
3. In the report, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli has not mentioned the next date of hearing. Proper particulars are lacking. 2/3
