PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the first Respondent to afford police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners for enforcing the judgment and decree dated 24.03.2005 made in A.S.No.139 of 2002 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, on the basis of the complaints dated 30.05.2020 and 16.06.2020. This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first Respondent to give police protection to the petitioners life and limb for enforcing the judgment and decree dated 24.03.2005 made in A.S.No.139 of 2002 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, on the basis of the complaints, dated 30.05.2020 and 16.06.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondents, on instructions, would submit that upon the complaint given by the petitioners, dated 16.06.2020, the first respondent herein initiated an enquiry in CSR.No.08/PTN/G2PS/MC/2020 and the same is pending. He would further submit that during the time of enquiry if it is found, necessary protection will be given to the petitioners.
