Criminal Original Petition filed under sectin 482 of Cr.p.c To direct the learned District and Sessions Court cum Special Court for PCR Act Cases at Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application on the same day on merit relating to Crime No.13 of 2024 dated 16.01.2024.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Karthigaivel, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar , Government Advocate (Crl.Side ) for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition is filed seeking extension of time to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Court cum Special Court for PCR Act Cases at Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District as well as to comply the condition ordered by this Court dated 11.03.2024.
2.Being not satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh regular application.
