Pragalathan, Advocate for the Petitioner and letter D.No.504/2021, dated 3.8.2021 by Judge, Family Court, Thoothukudi, this Court made the following order: The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the HMOP No.2 of 2020 along with HMOP No.580 of 2020.

The learned Judge, Family Court, Thoothukudi, had sought for extension of three months and considering the prevailing pandemic situation, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
