ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.01.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been enquired into and the same has been closed as "civil in nature" and advised the parties to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum.
