Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

CRL MP(MD) No.4458 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is a coolie worker and his day to day livelihood is very much affected and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
