ORDER

The petitioner herein has given his objections / representation, dated 07.05.2022 to the respondents, seeking for revision of the panel. The grounds raised in the writ petition are predominantly similar to the grounds raised in the representation given to the respondents for revision of the panel. When such a representation is pending consideration, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallelly adjudicate such grounds.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied if the District Collector, is called upon to dispose of the petitioner's representation, within a stipulated time.

3.Pending the writ petition, the petitioner had the benefit of an interim order to the effect that he shall not be reverted from the post of Deputy Tahsildar. 2/4

I am of the view that if the District Collector, is called upon to dispose of the representation, within a stipulated time and the petitioner's post is protected till such time, the ends of justice could be secured. 4.Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the District Collector, Ramanathapuram, the second respondent herein, to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.05.2022, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondents shall not revert the petitioner from the post of Deputy Tahsildar. 5.This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
