ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 452, 307, 506(ii) I.P.C and Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, Crime No.183 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The petitioner have caused damage to the Car of the defacto complainant. The value of the damage around Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand only). The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners would jointly deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) to the defacto complainant. 4.Recording the undertaking given by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. The petitioners are directed to meet the defacto complainant in person in the presence of the respondent police and hand over a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

defacto complainant. The defacto complainant shall give a receipt therefor and the same shall be produced before the Jurisdictional Magistrate at the time of surrender.

5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
