ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction against the respondents to take appropriate actions to remove the posts on the petitioner, from the accused's social media account and to block the accounts of the accused Sureshkumar in social media i.e Sureshkumar Sukumaran in Facebook.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent has not taken any steps to remove the posts in the social media of the accused Sureshkumar, though the petitioner had given a complaint on 01.04.2023. The alleged posts are still available in the social media. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner gave the representation only recently and the second respondent are taking effective steps to remove the above said posts, by addressing the Facebook authority.

4.In view of the above, a direction is given to the second respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of fifteen days from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
