Respondents in C.R.P.(MD).No.1754 of 2016 Prayer in C.R.P.(MD).No.1753 of 2016 : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif, Maduari to expedite the trial in I.A.No.175 of 2015 in O.S.No.155 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai.

Prayer in C.R.P.(MD).No.1754 of 2016 : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif, Maduari to dispose of I.A.No.144 of 2016 in O.S.No.248 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai within a stipulated time to be fixed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.P.Thilak Kumar in both cases COMMON ORDER These revisions have been filed seeking for a direction to dispose of I.A.No.175 of 2015 in O.S.No.155 of 2015 and I.A.No.144 of 2016 in O.S.No.248 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Madurai Town, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed the suits in O.S.No.155 of 2015 and 248 of 2016, challenging the resolutions passed in the Extra General Body Meeting of the respondent Association and for permanent injunction and in both suits, the petitioner has filed applications in I.A.Nos.175 of 2015 and 144 of 2016 seeking interim injunction.

4. Though the respondents already filed counter and written statement in both suits, the trial Court adjourning the case without any progress.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the Election held pursuant to the notification would come to an end in the year 2017. Therefore, the petitioner has come up with these revision petitions.

6. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going to the merits, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Madurai to dispose of the applications as well as the suits as expeditiously as possible, preferably, on or before 31.12.2016.

7. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No Costs.
