This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case and to investigate the matter based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 19.02.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint preferred by the de-facto complainant has been enquired and during the enquiry, the proposed accused agreed to settle the amount and the same was accepted by the petitioner and hence, the said compliant was closed. The copy of the closure report has been produced before this Court. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
