[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner, who is the father of the detenu has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of his son viz., Santhosh Kumar before this Court.
2. The petitioner as well as the detenue are present before this Court today and on our enquiry, the detenu viz., Santhosh Kumar expressed his willingness to go along with his parents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Recording the above said statement, the detenu is set at liberty to go along with his parents. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
