ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A.1 to A.6, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 427, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.60 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the petitioners attacked the defacto complainant and abused him in filthy language and also damaged his car.

3. There are case in counter and in both the cases, the accused are the brothers and sisters and their sons and due to civil dispute, there arose a wordy quarrel for which, they attacked each other and sustained injuries and the occurrence said to have taken place in the house of the parents of the de-facto complainant who is aged about 85 years.

4.Considering the fact that there exists family dispute and wordy quarrel in both the cases, the petitioners/accused are directed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a bail application before the Magistrate and if they file an application for bail, the learned Magistrate is directed to consider their bail application, on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
