ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in condition No.2 and 5 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.94 of 2023, dated 09.01.2023 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli in Crime No.18 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in condition No.5 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.94 of 2023, dated 09.01.2023 by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli, shall stands deleted and the condition No.2 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The other conditions imposed in the said Crl.M.P.No.94 of 2023, dated 09.01.2023, shall remain unaltered.
