Side) COMMON ORDER The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition in W.P.(MD).No.9179 of 2023, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the conduct 'Adal Padal' on 23.04.2023 at about 07.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. in Thirukovil' situated in Nehru Street, Gandhi Nagar Post, K.K.Nagar, Trichy District, in pursuant to the petitioner's representation, dated 17.04.2023, whereas, W.P.(MD).No.9180 of 2023, has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant permission and adequate police protection to conduct 'Karakattam' on 21.04.2023 at about 09.00 P.M. to 11.00 P.M. in the temple for the same event.

2. Mr. R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Pleader (Crl. side) takes notice for the respondents.

3.The respondent police is present before this Court today and submitted that there is some issues between the members of the Management. It is also submitted by the respondent police that on behalf of the Management, earlier a representation was given for two days event, in which, the present event has not been mentioned. Only after the permission was granted in the above said representation, these present representations have been made by the petitioner in his individual capacity without the permission of the above said Management Committee.

4.Let the above said representations be considered by the third respondent by summoning the Management, Committee Members and also this petitioner. On the basis of the above said enquiry further orders shall be passed by the third respondent.

5.With the above said directions, these writ petitions are disposed of.
