Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent MSCR/TAHDCO/2014-15 dated 20.03.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to disburse the loan to the petitioner at once.
