ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 25.04.2022 pending on the file of the first respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 25.04.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 and 3 and and afford them an opportunity of personal hearing. Thereafter, the first respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
